How we supported the customer
Heijel manufactures wire mesh components for the customer’s products in accordance with their specific requirements for functionality, design and durability.
Production includes, among other items, the mesh for the Classic hat shelf, as well as several other products within the customer’s portfolio.
Our expertise in wire processing, bending and welding ensures consistent, high-quality results tailored to both manufacturing requirements and end-product performance.
The work is carried out in close collaboration with the customer, with a strong focus on stable and reliable series production over time.

The collaboration is characterized by close and continuous dialogue, with Heijel responsible for the ongoing production of wire mesh components for several of the customer’s products.
The solutions are tailored to the customer’s design and technical requirements, with a clear focus on consistent quality, reliable delivery performance and long-term durability.
We initiated our collaboration with Heijel Production a few years ago, as we were looking for a supplier that integrates sustainability across all dimensions – environmental, social and economic.
