Social sustainability
People are a central part of our sustainability work. We aim to be a safe and inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, develop and feel a sense of belonging.
Our work in social sustainability includes, among other areas:
- A safe and secure working environment
- Clear policies on working conditions and employee rights
- Investments in training, skills development and the working environment
- Initiatives to promote inclusion and team cohesion
During the year, we have actively worked with language development for non-Swedish-speaking employees, training in safety and work environment practices, as well as joint activities that strengthen team cohesion in the workplace.
